Good question, I've wondered how many of the actual "golden rebels with aventurine" etc actually were played with and won/lost on the playground. Or were they treasured in the same way as they are today.

Tank, I'd really like to see some more of the bottom left if I could. And, the one mid- right, If that's what you call an emerald tiger, it's fantastic! (If I'm looking at the right one out of the bunch, of course). The "name" fits anyway. Laughing

i've been meaning to get pics of the 'emerald tiger' (avent transparent green NLR on orange baseglass)

the bottom left one is a chrissie swirl. sorry i can't send more pictures - i gave it away in a marble tag game...here's a picture the new owner posted:

When Alan listed this as a Pelt, I wasn't 100% convinced that it was. However, I can't think of what else it might be. The only other thought that I had was possibly foreign made. ??????? Another marble mystery..........ain't it great that there are still some mysteries/unknowns out there to be discovered? Wink
