Late 20s early 30s would be my guess. Although I am having trouble imagining much marble production in Germany during the great depression.

Stadthagen in the state Nedersaksen Germany.
In 1926 some of the glasshütten were closed because of the depression but as you can see

there were still many glassworkers in 1926 and this is only a small town in Germany.
I don't know if they have made marbles,i think they had the opportunity to make them.
I believe the reason why we know so little about German marbles is,it has been and is not an inportant item for the Germans.
If you google for Lauscha's history you hardly can find info about marbles.

They had still a large glass-industry in 1920-1930.
