Thanks John!
I was thinking the colors were screaming Master on this one. |

And the construction Sandy. It just looks Master. How's that for a well reasoned argument.

On Jim's.............John and I usually agree but this might be our first "disagreement". My first thought was Akro with the clear base glass. But upon closer inspection, it appears that the shear marks are more pronounced and straggly.........less uniform than most Akro 'eyelashes'. Of course, we all know that is not a definitive characteristic.......but the seams lend me more towards Master also. IMHO
Now onto Sandy's beauty. I've gone back and forth from Akro to Master on hers and I think that I'm leaning more towards Master. I even turned it so that the orientation is the way that I'm used to looking at them. hehe

Thanks Lizzy!
I also wanted to point out that I just can't seem to capture the clear in this marble. When you have it in hand there is way more clear then it appears in the photos. |

Sandy ~~ The reason you can't capture the clear is because of all the scientific illusional stuff.

Sandy, I officially grant you "fair use" of any useless information that I have spewed in the past and will undoubtedly babble in the future. |

Ya know, that is the hard part about taking pics of Sparklers/Sunbursts with clear...........getting it to show up with without the cast from the other colors in the marble.
I found out that it works better for me, if I don't use the flash.......only 2 strong lights.
Here are some Sparkler pictures. They all have the clear base glass but.............the same marble taken with the flash and without it (the ones on the right) can look very different. The pictures without the flash refect the true colors. It's one of the reasons, I believe that sometimes a Sparkler can be mis-identified as a Master Sunburst or European and vice-versa.
