Ebay seller - I love glass balls - is at it again. He/she is currently listing a NLR Christmas Tree in Mint condition. Item #370029017475
I sold this marble to this seller back in November. It is a polished marble - I know, because I polished it and I clearly said so in the ad. Here is the description from my original ad.
"Two National Line Rainbos - a Christmas tree and a Wasp. Both have been polished. 5/8. Buyer to pay $3.00 S+H. International shipping is more. PayPal, checks, or money order." |

I bought two marbles from this guy last year that were described as mint from his "personal collection". They were pitted so badly that I threw them in the trash and gave him a negative feedback, my first in 5 years.
His response was to give me feedback and call me an a$$hole. He was probably right but eBay, not even knowing me, decided that was a little strong and removed his feedback. Ya gotta love eBay !!... Art |

I emailed the seller and told him that I had sold him the marble and that it had been polished as stated in my original ad. I suggested that he stop the auction. Here is his reply.
I can not edit this listing it's to late, but will notify buyer, and tell them if they are unhappy for any reason i will refund complete payment.....Gary |

I don’t at all condone sellers misrepresenting marbles but it is rather easy to see even from the picture that this marble is a polished one. It’s a nasty world and buyers that want to play the ebay game have to learn what they are bidding on. Just yesterday when I looked at the peltier listings on ebay, of the first 6 listings only 1 was even a peltier. |

he can cancel the listing due to the error of calling it mint!
i would report him if i were the one who had first-hand knowledge that it was restored and not mint. |

Man.........that's sad. Like Chris says, you can stop a listing because of an error (even if there's bids) and re-list it with the correct info. For what it's worth, the seller is Gary or "ICUNOW" on Lou's board & on here. He hasn't posted on this board yet.

This guy posts on other boards and he knows better and this isn't the first time his auctions have been questioned.
