This is 9/16" & has a faceted pontil. My camera is acting up so theses pics are not that good. Sorry. In Marble Mania, pg 28, there is one in amber glass that is TRTV. I know this one isn't that but what kind of value would this have, if any?

Thanks in advance _________________ Dog |

Is the glass really that yellow in person or more of an amber? Or, I suppose it could be clear glass with the yellow latts now that I look again. Either way, nice marble. I really don't like to put a "value" on something like that from pictures. Especially since there might be 1 person with a lot of cash willing to pay way more for it, than the other 99 percent of the population. |

It is very close to that yellow. The flash brightened it up a tad. _________________ Dog |

So the base glass is really that yellow and not some illusion from the stripes...can't say I've seen one that color. Every once in a while some of the blue and green base glass latts pop up, not sure how yellow would compare value-wise. |

I think it is quite a rare handmade. In that color of yellow, assuming nice condition I would not be surprised to see it go over $500, and who knows if a few deep pocket collectors were after it, perhaps much more. ... Roger |

There have been blue and green based ones going for some bucks on ebay lately. Are you planning to list this one? |
