I'm going to be posting a few things on the board to try and raise up a little quick $$$$$........(long story but in a crunch right now.) More to come later today & tomorrow.
Need help to confirm the ID. I have no idea what would be a fair price...........suggestions please. Not many others to compare it to.
This one I've always assumed was an unusual CAC slag but with a lot of white covering it. I've pictured it in the group shot flanked by 2 other 'traditional' CA slags; one hand-gathered on the left and one with 2 seams on the right. It's about 5/8" and is in mint (-) minus condition (some 'as-made' embedded specks of debris).
Pics taken without the flash.
Uplight by flashlight.
The next 3 were taken using the flash.
In the middle.

I was trying to split this post from another one and messed up.
So I'm recreating Roger's (browseforantiques) response here.

Hi Roger (sorry about my goof-up with your original post ).... I can see some similarity..........but on the Pelt swirls that I've seen the white ribbons are on the surface but also extend into the matrix. On mine here............all the white seems to be entirely on the surface. _________________ Lizzy
