I got the chance to go back to the Alley site again today.
I dug a little deeper and found this broken "cateye"???
What do you guys think?

That looks more like a yellow sparkler than a cateye. Neat find!! Ya gotta go back and find a few that are intact..

I LIKE it It most definitely looks more like a *sparkler* than a cateye....Now,... HURRY UP an' FIND some MORE!!! "Cause ya just might rewrite the books again. WHo has seen anything like that before that was made in USA??

Yeah, me too! I wanna see some more. It does have the "Sparkler" type construction. (Which is essentially what an Akro Sparkler is............right? Since it was made with the "injection method"..........)  _________________ Lizzy

that's a great marble!! kinda reminds me of the peltier 2nd runs.
if i found that in the wild, i would've thought it was a MM cat's eye. they have that "shreddy" look to them.
