these are for sale or trade if anybody is interested.
would consider oats, corn-chops, sweet-feed, Plains Blue-stem, roping saddles, headstalls, or small farm animals. have your people contact my people.

Attention: Buddy's People,

I always did want one of those "EXOTICS". This is the first time I've been this close to a real one though.

I have recently reread my favorite literary Classic "JACK AND THE BEANSTALK", and it gave me a Good Idea...

I know you said "Small Farm Animals", But Boy, have I got a deal for you.

I'll offer in trade this prime Pennsy Holstein- she's a heavy milker fer sure- for just one of those "EXOTICS".

I don't have enough trade for the whole bag.

Signed,

Hip's People

Dang,

I can't believe I've been out swaggled in an EXOTIC "horse trade" by Winnie.

There's no dog like an old dog, and I can't give up my pup.

I was pretty sure Buddy was a cattle man, but in case he's a sheep lover,
I'll increase my offer to include a little Lamb with the Milk Cow, maybe that will turn the tide in my favor.

I still don't have enough for the whole bag.

Dear Hipporoos and hipporetts, tell Loyd the added sheep is soooooo fine.. but at my age, winnie's old dog and steer would probably make better companions
Buddy's buckaroos and buckaretts.

I'm liking the old dog and steer winnie... throw in 2 bushels of corn, 2 dollars, and a show halter and we may have a deal.

ifin either of you were to up the ante, I may throw in a couple of draft horses and a handmade.
(I dont need em now that I got my tractor running)

Attention:
Buddy's People,

I can see why you are leanin' towards the deal with Winnie. I can't beat a pair of sheep no matter how hard or often I try.

Besides, Mrs. Hip mentioned to me that the only critter I had in the race was the dang dog.

She says all the farm animals are hers - I can still keep the dog, but she's "not in a trading for EXOTICS" frame of mind.

All Schultz & I have is this Pink Plastic Pig in a Poke-

- not enough for even one of those Elusive "EXOTICS".

It has become very evident that unlike Schultzy
(he has me right where he wants me),
I have No (other) People,
LL
