Cigarette box and a matching spade ashtray. Still missing diamond, heart and club ashtrays. I'm going with Murano like the other guessers. The 1940s-1960s is when the "bridge" or "poker" smoking sets were most popular. There might be a matching lighter out there somewhere too.
