These corks are in 150 boxes. They are not original to the boxes, but have been backfilled. I began collecting in the 1990's - long after original boxes would have been affordable to educators.
This is my first 200 box. It has new yellow boxes and is backfilled.
This 200 box has the original yellow boxes and knee pad. The original marbles were in bad shape, cracked, pitted, chipped. I removed them and added marbles that were mint. I gave this box to our best friend in Oklahoma. When he passed away, his children gave Weldon and I all of his marbles.
I used to think akro had the prettiest use of color in their marbles. As I collected more and more vitro agate, I think vitro has them beaten. Here are some of my favorites. The above have no white showing and I think they are rare marbles.

oh shoot - we must've been working on that post at the same time. i just edited it for you, but now it's changed back.
each picture link should have an [img] thingie in front and then one at the end with /img (inside brackets)
lemme know if you can't fix it, and i'll try |

These are some of my favorites. Some have red patch eyes, some orange, some purple. Row three is beach balls. Row two has some superiors in it. |

OK, I think I have it figured out. If I hit the Img thingy before and after my pic link it works. |

The above marbles are peacocks except for one lone lucky seven I think. Iusually only collect 5 marbles of a kind, but if I really like the marble I try to fill a whole box with them. |
