I don't really mean to hog the show, but I have always wanted a place where a person could show what all they collect, and find people that also collect it, or comment on them..so this is ideal for me..
I started collecting Netsukes about 6 or 7 months ago, and have acquired quite a few of them...they are all supposedely handcarved, and they are signed by the artist on the bottom of all of them, they are made out of Boxwood I believe
here are a few pictures
not sure what you mean about adding img to the end, because when i do, nothing shows...sorry?
fixed, TMM

Love those too!
Add a [/img] to the end of each of your image lines and the pictures will show. _________________ Jane |

Notice the tags at the front & back of the pics URL. Also you don't want to leave a space between the first img tag and the URL.
HERE is the pic tutorial that may help explain it better.
Hope that helps,

Thank you TMM, I did the picture tutorial before I posted , but I'm not real savvy on stuff like that, so, what I did was edit this post to see how it was done, and now I understand, thank you so much.

You've got some really great Netsukes there. And they are wood - my favorite. Here are two of mine; the chicken is contemporary and ivory and the man is late 18th century wood.
