I made a mistake in my original post. I meant to ask if Jabo had made a series of marbles that resembled Vitro Blackies and All-reds. Sorry about that. Rookie mistake....again.
I will post some pictures later. But again, 27/32" marbles that look like Vitro inspired immatations. I have a bunch of them. I am suspecting that Jabo might have done these, as they seem to do a lot of tribute-type marbles from past makers and patterns. _________________ Don't Tread On Me |

Here are three different types that are all around 27/32". As you can see, the construction is not pure vitro, but they look like them in color and design. Let me know what you folks think about these. I have a lot of other smaller later vitros that probably were purchased at the same time as these. At least, I think they were vitros. They could in fact be repo's. I will post more pictures of the smaller marbles when I am able.
So what do you all think......Jabo run or Vacor run or weird late Vitro's?
Thanks!

the only manufacturer i've heard of that "used aventurine" (like on purpose) was JABO in their never-ending final runs.
according to what i've read about glass chemistry, aventurine happens
