This nice 17/32" electric colored translucent striped marble reminds me of a Christinsen Agate Co. marble. The orange is very vibrant. It does have two seams on oppisite sides that the colors dive under. I don't know if this disqualifies it from being a CAC or not. I am basing my guess on the size and the color of this marble. Please tell me your thoughts.

It may be a Vacor Sunset. Much too blendy bleedy for a CAC IMO.

Just can't credit this as a Sunset. Sunsets are almost a visceral thing with me from childhood(1940s). And if it ain't got the bubbles..... Actually I don't know what it is. David

No bubbles in these Sunsets
although it may be an MK like some in the holder.
Although only 2 of the MKs are real transluscent. The Vacors are very transluscent some with transparent glass.

Yeah, I just can't qualify it in my mind as a Sunset unless it has bubbles regardless of packaging/labeling to the contrary.

I've a group of something like 12 different Sunset colors and they all have a satisfactory array of bubbles.

It must be a Lawrence Welk thing with me!

How about a blended Ruby Bee Rainbow Marble King? Galen, those marbles in the display tray got me to re-thinking.

Seems like you are taliking about two different marbles that are called "sunsets". The Vacor sunsets are always orange/yellow/clear, and from what I see never have bubbles (from 1990's). Some of them are devoid of the clear and look a lot like the original marble posted. ... Roger

Yeah, I could have been going off half-cocked on this one just hearing my beloved 'Sunset' and totally blocking out the possibility of Vacor. Remember also that this marble is just a shy bit over 1/2". I'm not sure what that says about it but it might help on homing in. David
