Imperial all the way ! Does anyone have a spare green one? I saw one on ebay 5 years ago but my $71.00 was not even close to winning it. |

I am sure it isn't right but it looks to me like a Christensen Agate American Agate. _________________ Taunya Kopke

Thanks John. I am glad you like the site. I will add this board to the list, now that I understand that it is open to everyone mostly. MarvelousMibs rocks I have not felt like posting so much in a long time, and have learned more in the past few days than in months of reading amidst the unsettling weirdness at the marble connection. _________________ Taunya Kopke

Hi Taunya! Yup, John is right.........I think that you have a great site, and am glad that you put the link in your signature.
I can see where Jim's marble looks like it could possibly be a CA American Agate but that orange-y red color and pattern, looks dead-on for what most collectors now call an Imperial. I believe the CAs have a more pinkish red color.
Here's an example of an Akro Imperial that Alan sold.
