I have a question about the Millefiori paperweight marble. Not being a handmade collector I know little about these. How can you tell if one is old or a newer version. Over the years I've seen a couple of them at auctions but stayed away because I did'nt know much about them.

a real antique millefiori marble has the same pontil as an antique handmade marble. See picture:
