Here's another type ... no "v" on it but I like the peach...
I actually really like these large vitro game marbles.
A nice little group of "v"s...

i once read where someone said they had a cleary that had a fluorescent V when you hit it with a blacklight. i sure would like to see one of those!

I have to admit.............when I first started collecting, I didn't give many of the 'veneered' type Vitros a second look. I thought that they were kind of boring......especially the Conquerors in the muted colors.
But.............like the first one that Bill is showing (I love that color combo), they have a subtle beauty in their design and colors. Not to mention that there are so many truly one-of-a-kinds. I also like looking for the 'hidden V' in many of them.
Here's a shooter that I think is plain but pretty. I like the deep transparent red contrasting with the pure, stark white. There's a little piece of 'as-made' embedded debris in the red. This might be late Vitro, early Jabo.............although I'm not sure.
