I had this on LOM and of course now I can't find it and don't even recall if there was a definite answer on it. It measures a whole 15/32" and I've already lost it twice lol. (Glad to see you here too.) I don't think that I've seen those colors in anything other than Akro or Pelt. Although the construction is more Akro-ish, I'd lean toward Pelt........although with that filament filled base, it's very unusual. Are the colors "true" in your photo? Here's a pic of an Akro on the left and a Pelt on the right.
