I bought a lot of older marbles at an estate auction last night, and this one was in there with them. It has a newer Jabo look to it, but it just doesn't make sense because all the other mibs in the lot are old. It's got a wild twisted look and is 11/16". I've gotten a couple of opinions on it and some say maybe odd Akro. It's making me nuts. Anyone got an opinion? Thanks in advance, Jim

I believe that it's a Jabo. Even with the 'messed-up' corkscrews that I've seen, the glass doesn't really 'fold' like that.

I hear what you're saying about it coming from a group of vintage marbles...........but I've seen that happen before. Wink

In fact, this is a group that I found together.............and if you look at the 3 in the lower right hand side...........there are 2 Jabos and an Imperial. The rest are all vintage.
