Nicholas Thompson has alerted me that his father, John Thompson is in hospital after collapsing yesterday while shopping with him. Tests are being run. Please keep Nicholas and John in your thoughts and prayers.

I sure hope that it's nothing serious and that he'll be back here soon! Will keep him and his family in my thoughts and prayers. Edna, thanks for letting us know and keep us updated, 'k? _________________ Lizzy

| Nicholas has emailed me again. John had an aneurysm. A blood vessel at the base of his brain is dilated, but did not burst. They are going to repair it. Uncle Tom has come to stay with Nicholas and he has rented a car so they can travel to the hospital. Jimmy the smoocher (the little kangaroo) has sensed something is wrong and Nicholas says Jimmy is in a tizz. I'll let you know if I hear more. Edna |

| More news from nicholas - John is stable and smiling. He appreciates the emails that Nicholas is relaying to him. Thanks to Carole, Nicholas appreciates your kindness. Uncle Tom and Nicholas have arranged for Jimmy the smoocher to visit John. John's room opens into a garden and they will bring Jimmy in through the gate and John out in a wheelchair so that maybe Jimmy will understand John is OK and settle down. Continue with the thoughts and prayers. Edna |

Nicholas took his laptop to hospital and John himself typed part of the message I last received. He is doing fine. John is most concerned about Jimmy the smoocher and Nicholas. Nicholas is taking care of the menagerie and the home and John doesn't like placing others under so much pressure and responsibility. Nicholas has taken printouts of all the messages sent and the chat board posts and John is most appreciative of all of them. It looks like John will be dismissed from hospital on Friday next week. He tells me his left arm is slightly slowish, but the doctor insists that it may return to normal. He also has a slight limp in the left leg. John is thankful for Dr. Tang. Dr. Tang was on duty when John was brought in and it was Dr. Tang who inserted the endovascular coil into the affected artery.

Sounds as though he is very lucky to be alive, and there will be a good ending to his ordeal.

| Quote: | | Note:G'day Sandra: .... my 'CONFIRMED SHIPPING ADDRESS' is: BEN THOMPSON, (Edited) STREET, ASHMORE, QUEENSLAND. 4214., AUSTRALIA. Payment has now been completed. Please notify me when this Item has been Shipped. I will be leaving you some very good 'Positive Feedback' after Delivery Sandra. This is the first 'cullet' that I have thought to want to purchase, as I have been building-up a very large and substantial and high-quality 'Marble Collection' now for 3 years. This is one very nice 'cullet'. I have visited your beaut Hometown of Sisterville whilst attending one of her famous 'Marble Shows' 4 years ago. I look forward to receiving this Item and it will immortalise you, as your full name and address will be etched on a plaque beneath the 'cullet' in my Collection. Thank you, bye for now and God Bless from Ben Thompson (User ID: foofighter4214) |
| Quote: | | Hello: when did you ship this Item to me here in Australia ? I paid you promptly and I paid for a 4 - 7 day Delivery ! I am now lodging Complaints to eBay and to PAYPAL for a Full Refund. I will be leaving you 'Negative Feedback' also. Very disappointed ! As I am an Aust Law Enforcement Officer, I am going to attempt to initiate a Fraud Charge in your City. From foofighter4214 |

Wow Sandy!! He expected a bit much to get delivery to Austraila within 7 days!! over the ocean to another country!! It takes longer to get anything from Canada, and it isn't even very far from where I live. Customs alone will hold up delievery due to the scary world that we now live in.

yeah, I was pretty blown away when he threatened me with mail fraud after only about 5 days after he paid and I shipped immediately. He mentioned he paid for a 4 to 7 days shipping too. He didn't pay extra. In fact he paid only $3.50 shipping. (what I charged him)
Oh Yeah... Here's what's left of his Feedback
This all happened about 2 years ago BTW.
and by his e-mail he has been collecting "a very large and substantial and high-quality 'Marble Collection' " for about 5 or 6 years now. (I bet he must have more then 40 marbles by now)
p.s.
His full name is Benjamin NICHOLAS THOMPSON |
